Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were recently redecorated and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly understanding and helpful during a difficult time, but there were some concerns with noise and the breakfast options, which left something to be desired. Overall, it was a decent choice, but improvements are definitely needed.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, starting with the unpleasant condition of the chalet rooms. The location has potential but the lack of dining options and proper staff presence during my stay really let it down. While the rooms were relatively clean, the overall experience left much to be desired, especially considering the price I paid for the stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel, with the first night being quite uncomfortable due to the issues with the hot water and cramped rooms. Although the manager and staff were incredibly warm and helpful, the lack of basic amenities, like hot water, made it tough to enjoy my stay fully. On the bright side, the food was delicious and I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff.
I had a rather frustrating experience during my recent visit. The hotel has some potential with a modern ambiance, but overall, the service left much to be desired. The dining options are limited, especially for special dietary needs, and the staff could use a bit more training in customer care.
I had mixed experiences during my visit to this hotel. On one hand, the service was excellent, particularly during a special birthday celebration. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, my earlier experience at a funeral tea was far from satisfactory; the quality of the food and drinks was incredibly disappointing. Overall, there's potential here, but consistency in service and quality is needed.
