I found the hotel location quite convenient for visiting loch lomond and edinburgh. It served as a good midpoint for my travels. the bed was comfortable. the staff was helpful and provided great customer service. the hotel also had a late bar. This was quite useful after a long day of sightseeing.

The restaurant was not open . This was a slight inconvenience.

The staff were FANTASTIC! The reception staff were accommodating. The room was very clean and comfy. It had everything I needed for my stay. I liked the friendly staff and the public bar a lot.

There was no food available, but I was welcome to order in from local restaurants.

the location was a suitable stop off as i traveled to fort william.

I arrived much earlier than the designated check-in time yet only two rooms were ready. Ten of us were crammed into these rooms until well past 7 pm. the manager had already left, leaving the cook in charge of numerous roles.
